This position reports to the Warehouse Operations Manager and provides logistics support to the organization for a better and excellent service for our customers. In the same way, this position provides the analytics

for the Continues Improvement initiatives. This position will collaborate with Manufacturing, Distribution, Customer Service and supply chain teams.

**Position qualifications**:
The specific minimum competencies needed to perform the essential duties of the job include knowledge, abilities, level of education and experience in the logistics and distribution areas and successful

performance.

**Knowledge**:

- Possess a Growth Mindset - embraces challenges, seeks opportunities for growth, finds lessons and inspiration from others is required.
- Advanced skill level in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and other Microsoft and data management tools.
- Experience across warehousing and logistics - Transportation, Distribution and Trade Compliance Customer Service, Regulatory, PMO.

**Skills & Abilities**:

- Remain calm and professional in stressful situations. Experience in managing through ambiguity.
- Friendly, courteous, service-oriented, and flexible and enjoy working with a variety of staff.
- Cross-functional knowledge throughout the supply chain (manufacturing, distribution, planning, sourcing and supply, transportation) including demonstrated knowledge of financial metrics and drivers.
- Detail oriented and work effectively under pressure while meeting all applicable deadlines.
- Must be able to work independently and with limited direct supervision.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to support AirLife’s significant growth over the next 5 years.
- Able to communicate with leadership effectively, simplifying Logistics and warehousing topics is easily understood concepts in both visual and written form.
- Strong customer orientation and customer service delivery.
- Highest levels of personal and professional integrity.
- Multilingual Spanish and English.

**Level of Experience**:

- Excellent Analytical and Communication skills
- Knowledge of Excel (Advanced level)
- Knowledge of SAP ECC, ERP, WMS, TMS preferred
- APICS - preferred
- Lean/Six Sigma Green or Black Belt preferred
