Transactional Warehousing: a. Ensure Raw Materials &
Components are received promptly and accurately.

a. Ensure the company’s physical assets (building, equipment, inventory, etc.) are properly controlled, maintained, protected, and utilized. b. Review and propose layout changes and ensure efficient space utilization. c. Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system.

b. Strategically superintendent warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision.

c. Plan workloads, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results. Inventory Control:
d. Ensure that productivity, safety, and quality goals are achieved through a process of continuous process improvement.

e. Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc.) Logistics

a. Monitoring of the shipments to ensure the compliance of regulations.

b. Ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of imports and exports.

c. Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements.

d. Liaise with clients, suppliers and transport companies.

e. Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided.

f. Ensure Agencies (US & Mexican) are supporting accordingly operation (Importations and Exportations). Management and Continuous

improvement.

a. Actively participate in the recruitment and hiring process, to ensure staffing levels are maintained with quality talent.

b. Ensure that the Personnel performance goals are set and achieved.

c. Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.

d. Identify key performance improvement opportunities by adopting Industry best practices initiatives.

e. Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided.

f. Measure, maintain and Publish Warehouse Key warehouse metrics.

Experiência y requisitos

Requirements and skills:
a. 3-5 years of experience as a **Warehouse Superintedent**

b. Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices

c. Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives.

d. Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

e. Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases

f. Leadership skills and ability manage staff.

g. Strong decision making and problem-solving skills.

h. Excellent communication skills Professional profile: Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business, or supply chain management.
