**Position Description**

**Key Competencies Required to be Successful as an Operations Lead**
- Maintain and organize warehouse allocations and shelving for optimal operational efficiency; rotate inventory based as per shelf life ensuring an optimal inventory management.
- Inspect products for defects and damages.
- Collaborate with the management team to provide regular updates and promptly communicate any issues; provide solutions to resolve discrepancies and fulfill customer orders.
- Support on new projects and enabled to support PASS programs.
- Onboard and ensure new employees receive the appropriate training to effectively perform job duties; set performance goals, evaluate employee performance, and provide feedback.
- Other job duties as assigned.

**Education/Certification/Licenses**
- High School diploma is required, Bachelor degree is preferred.
- At least 2 years previous warehouse experience.
- Computer - Office Package - Proficient. ERP knowledge is a plus.

**Skills That Will Make You Successful**
- Strong interpersonal communication skills including superior listening skills
- Experience building and driving teamwork
- Outgoing self-starter who can work independently
- Ability to think quickly and solve problems
- Ability to operate standard warehouse equipment (ie. forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, etc.)
- Ability to lift/pull/push up to 100 lbs
- Ability to multitask and perform duties with accuracy.

**Experience**: Required
- 2 - 3 years: Warehouse and inventory management

Preferred
- 1 - 2 years: Logistics

**Education**: Preferred
- Bachelors or better in Business Administration or related field

**Behaviors**: Required
