We are currently seeking a Delivery Director (REMOTE) to join our team in CDMX, Ciudad de México (MX-CMX), Mexico (MX).

Responsible for overseeing and ensuring the successful delivery of projects and services, often in a consulting or software context, accountable for meeting client expectations, adhering to project timelines and budgets, and managing both internal and external stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Strategic Leadership**: Defining and executing the strategic direction of the delivery center, ensuring alignment with business goals and client needs.
- ** Project Management**: Overseeing multiple projects, managing project managers and teams, and monitoring project progress to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
- ** Client Relationship Management**: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, acting as a point of escalation for issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- ** Team Leadership**: Managing, mentoring, and developing a delivery team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
- **Risk Management**: Identifying and managing project risks, mitigating potential issues to ensure successful delivery.
- **Financial Management**:Managing project budgets, ensuring profitability, and tracking key financial metrics.
- **Stakeholder Communication**: Maintaining clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and leadership.
- **Process Improvement**: Identifying opportunities for improvement in delivery processes and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- **Technology and Agile Practices**: Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and driving the adoption of agile methodologies and frameworks within the team.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensuring that all deliverables meet the required quality standards and expectations.

- Understanding financial management principles and the ability to track project budgets and profitability.
- Understanding of relevant technical skills and technologies, depending on the specific industry or sector.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Proven experience in project management, with a strong understanding of project methodologies and frameworks.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders.
