We are currently seeking a Delivery Director to join our team in Mexico City, M\u00e9xico (MX-MEX), Mexico (MX).
- Delivery Management
- Provides direction and guidance for administration and results for multiple departments within a function or work area.
- Translates business plans into objectives and exercises latitude in managing operations.
- Accomplishes results through the efforts of subordinate managers / professional team members.
- Requires 12+ years relevant experience.
- Includes 5-7 years managerial/ leadership experience.
- Provides leadership for multiple work areas / disciplines within Delivery.
- Guides direct reports to execute functional plans and initiatives.
- Works in partnership with senior management to establish and achieve business goals. Ensures outsourcing solutions align with customer business objectives and achieve NTT Data's financial goals.
- Works with Marketing and Sales leadership to develop sales strategies and present NTT Data's competitive positioning for outsourcing services.
- Advanced influencing and communication skills.
- Advanced client service skills and leadership capabilities.
- Excellent analytical / problem solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent budgeting, business financial and P&L skills.
- Ability to develop comprehensive and complex operational and strategic plans
