**Job Summary**:
As an Inside Infusion & Specialty Sales Representative, you will drive sales and build strong relationships with healthcare providers and patients. You'll promote our infusion and specialty pharmacy services, provide product education, and ensure a smooth client experience.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outreach to providers, clinics, and hospitals.
- Build and maintain client relationships, addressing needs and concerns.
- Collaborate with Field Sales to transfer qualified leads and align on strategy.
- Develop expertise in specialty medications to effectively communicate with clients.
- Deliver excellent customer service, handling inquiries, referrals, and issues.
- Coordinate with pharmacy teams and providers for streamlined care.
- Track sales activity and report insights to management.
- Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and competitors.
- Analyze patient data and market trends to support marketing strategies.
- Prepare reports and participate in marketing planning and team meetings.
**Qualifications**:
- Associate degree in marketing or related field preferred.
- Inside sales experience in healthcare or pharma preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
- Ability to understand and relay complex medical info.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Office preferred.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and goal-driven.
- Must make 20-30 calls daily and present professionally.
- Passion for helping patients and delivering excellent service is essential.
Pay: $20,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month
