**Position: Public Relations Associate**
Location: Remote (PST Timezone)

**Work Schedule**:Monday - Friday 09:00 AM - 05:00 PM (PST)

**About Us**: Join our dynamic team, a leading firm in the public relations landscape. We are seeking a Public Relations Associate to support our efforts in creating impactful media strategies and fostering strong client relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Media Monitoring**: Keep a vigilant eye on media coverage related to our clients, ensuring thorough coverage reports.
- ** Media Lists**: Build and maintain comprehensive media lists to facilitate effective outreach and engagement.
- ** Client Reports**: Compile weekly client status reports, highlighting key media activities and results.
- ** Administrative Support**: Handle essential administrative tasks, including writing meeting notes and managing documentation.
- ** Content Contribution**: Contribute to the creation of articulate written content, such as press releases, pitches, client updates, and potentially social media content.

**Requirements**:

- Exceptional spoken English is a must.
- 2+ years of experience in Public Relations.
- Fundamental understanding of PR goals and objectives.
- Strong research skills with an attention to detail.
- Clear and proactive communication skills.
- Eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with PR databases such as Cision, Muck Rack, or Meltwater.
