For our Customer Application Support (CAS) team in Guadalajara we are looking for a Technical Support for Automotive Microcontrollers to work with our global engineers
**Job Characteristics**
- Become the technical expert on S32G, S32V, S32Z devices. This includes the programming and debugging tools and SDKs
- Improve customer satisfaction by following up on client complaints
- Collaborate with other teams to improve our offering enhancing our Customer’s experience
- Enhance you technical knowledge participating in:
- Development/revision of documentation
- Testing new versions, software stacks and available operating systems
- Contribute to next generation product by reviewing Documentatio & testing internal deliverables
**Necessary know how / skills**
- Collaborative, proactive, self-learning and team player attitude
- Bachelor degree in electronics engineer or similar (required)
- Understanding of Microcontrollers/ Microprocessors and general purpose peripherals (Timers, ADCs, serial communications, etc.). ARM Cortex-M, ARM Cortex-A53
- C language programming knowledge required
- CAN protocol knowledge
- Linux Embedded is a plus
- Ethernet knowledge
- Fast reactivity and ability to manage crisis (methodology, synthesis, drive, communication)
- Excellent communication in English (written or spoken)
- Good contact and ability to work in a multicultural environment
- Strong analytical mind
