Job Description:
Import/Export Assets Coordinator
**Responsibilities**:
- Assets import and export process
- Physical inventories of machinery and equipment, review of makes, models and serial number
- Fixed assets labeling and control
- Communication with finance and other departments regarding assets imported in temporary basis
- Regular import and export operation from/to the border, airport and Mexican ports
- Virtual Transactions from local suppliers
- Customs recordkeeping
- Creation of reports and KPI´s regarding customs operation
Qualifications:
- Minimum experience of 5 years in similar positions in the maquiladora industry
- Bilingual
