We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Dispatcher to join our security company. The Dispatcher plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of security services by managing communication, tracking security guards, and ensuring that all calls and issues are addressed promptly. You will monitor radios, GPS tracking systems, and communicate with both guards and clients to ensure security services are delivered effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a dispatcher or in a similar role within the security or emergency services industry is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in monitoring and using radio communication devices and GPS tracking systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to incidents or emergencies with urgency.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as required.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with security operations and systems.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in a residential setting.

**Shift Details**:

- **Morning Shift**: 6 AM - 2 PM
- **Evening Shift**: 2 PM - 10 PM
- **Night Shift**: 10 PM - 6 AM

Pay: $10,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month
