**Purpose**:Responsible for ensuring the movement of freight by our carriers is coordinated according to our customer’s needs.**Responsibilities**:- ** Manages the customer board by**:- Calling carriers to confirm pick up and deliveries and advise dispatcher/shipper/consignee of delays.- Track and trace merchandise to provide the latest updates quickly.- ** 3 to 4 years of experience**:- Entering pro number and obtaining PODs after shipments are dropped off at our terminals.- Providing PODs to billing.- Provides key clients with distinct customer service for specialized needs.- Requests missing PODs from carriers when advised by billing.- Provides daily reports to key clients.- Informs dispatchers if appointments are required for delivery.- Supports dispatchers with data entry when needed.- ** Languages**: Spanish and English.- Knowledge of Spanish and English is mandatory as our clients come from Mexico and the United States.
