Buscamos a nuestra/a**:Customer Support Analyst**

Que buscamos:

- Mínimo 2 años en atención a clientes preferentemente B2B.
- Manejo de multicanalidad
- Excel básico
- Buena ortografía
- Deseable experiência en logística e-commerce

Tus responsabilidades serán:

- Brindar atención personalizada a nuestros clientes.
- Asesorar a nuestros clientes en dudas puntuales o consultas sobre el uso de nuestra plataforma.
- Asegurar la calidad y tiempos de respuesta.
- Dar seguimiento a cada Ticket.
- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con operaciones y ventas.

Buscamos a un crack que tenga orientación al cliente comunicación efectiva y le apasione ser un agente de solución para los problemas que resulten con nuestros clientes.
