*Standardize the tools-reports-presentations and information related to inventory & PFEP programs *System maintenance ( Material Master) and coordinate with sourcing, procurement MM data integrity *Support Inventory actions with the supply & planning teams to comply with monthly inv. Targets *Facilitate Monthly SIOP meeting. Analyze Week to week/month to month demand variations (water fall) and provide feedback to any necessary adjustments to Demand Planning Managers and the Factory. *Manage, slow-moving, E&O stock utilizing established business processes and systems *Support new product launches by coordinating the schedule with the manufacturing manager and functional managers *Single PoC of Engineering Changes ( Effectivity date, Phase in
- Phase out, risk of Obsolescence material) *Communicate material supply issues proactively with all required business functions *Document gaps, risks, process gaps, Weekly Status Reports, and create training materials. Assess problem areas and provide root cause analysis, technical support and direction to sites to resolve issue *Ensure Customer’s expectations are clearly communicated and are being met within WCO management. *Participate and / Coordinate Continues Improvement projects

Experiência y requisitos

*4+ Years related experience in Supply Chain Planning and Purchasing *Inventory targets & PFEP Maintenance experience *MRP/ERP Systems *English Intermediate-Advanced level skills. *Knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel (Data management, Pivot tables, formulas) WE VALUE: *APICS Certified *Ability to development of alternative plans to ensure satisfactory deliver of supplies, material. *Excellent communication skills *Negotiation and leadership skills *Attention to project detail. *Ability to lead process improvement *Knowledge in Sigma or Lean manufacturing *Ability to work independently and take direction from others
