**Essential Functions**:

- Maintain Key Performance Indicators to support the corporation strategic business plan for all functional areas within the Operations Americas department.
- Assist on the data gathering and root cause analysis process for all distribution centers, workshops and development plans related to Operations, Customer Service, Transportation/Compliance and HS&E.
- Document workflows out of current/improved processes, looking for an automated future state.
- Keep track of the Continuous Improvement activities among the Americas, documenting and publishing progress through our internal communication lanes.
- Consolidate weekly updates and maintain our Operations Global web sites in a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.

**Requirements**:

- S.C. / B.Eng. in Industrial Engineering or other relevant degree
- Data Analysis background; +1-year experience.
- Advanced MS Excel Skills
- Teaching/Coaching background: Value Stream Mapping (VSM), 5S & Visual Management, Process Improvement Management
- Strong verbal and written communications abilities
- Excellent English Communication Skills - MUST

**Ideal**:

- Strong knowledge in Microsoft apps (Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate, Power apps)
- Teaching/Coaching background that relates to Value Stream Mapping (VSM), 5S & Visual Management, Process Improvement Management or related.
- Knowledge/Experience in NetSuite Oracle as WMS/MRP (or similar).
