Descripción y detalle de las actividades- Lead the end-to-end production operations, ensuring alignment with company strategy and business goals.- Oversee the execution of production plans, maintaining strict compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.- Drive a culture of continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and other operational excellence methodologies.- Develop and implement strategic initiatives that improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency.- Act as a strategic partner across departments including Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Finance to align production goals with business needs.- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and lead data-driven decisions to optimize throughput, yield, and labor efficiency.- Ensure proactive equipment and facility maintenance strategies are in place to minimize downtime and maximize asset performance.- Mentor and develop production leadership teams, fostering a high-performance culture and talent succession pipeline.- Lead capacity planning and scalability strategies to support business growth, new product introductions, and market demand.- Manage operational risk, implement contingency plans, and ensure business continuity within the production area.- Provide executive-level reporting on production metrics, strategic project outcomes, and continuous improvement initiatives.Experiência y requisitos- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
