**Job Title**: Quality Manager - Mexico Operations (Juarez, Queretaro, Monterrey)

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Location**: Multiple sites (Travel between Juarez, Queretaro, and Monterrey required)
**Reports To**: Director of Quality

The **Quality Manager** is responsible for leading and overseeing all quality-related functions across SBS warehouses in Juarez, Queretaro, and Monterrey. This role ensures consistent implementation of quality systems, compliance with ISO 9001:2015, and a customer-focused approach to quality operations across all locations. The manager will guide and develop on-site quality engineers and inspectors, manage customer escalations, and implement preventive and corrective actions to continually improve the quality system.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the development, deployment, and continual improvement of the quality management system across all Mexico sites.
- Supervise and mentor site quality engineers, inspectors, and support staff.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
- Act as the primary contact for major customer quality escalations; lead resolution plans and root cause investigations.
- Analyze quality KPIs and trends across all facilities; identify systemic issues and implement corrective/preventive actions.
- Conduct regular site audits and management reviews to ensure process consistency and standardization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Purchasing, Sales, and Engineering) to drive quality improvements and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage document control, quality records, and calibration systems across locations.
- Champion a quality-first culture, promoting continuous improvement initiatives and Lean methodologies.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, including customer and registrar visits.
- Oversee employee training and development programs to maintain quality skillsets within the teams.
- Maintain effective communication with corporate quality leadership and site management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of quality experience in manufacturing or distribution environments (fasteners, automotive, aerospace preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of leadership or team management experience.
- Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 or other structured Quality Management Systems.
- Proficient in ERP systems, Office Suite, and measurement tools.
- Proficiency in blueprint interpretation and GD&T.
- Demonstrated success in problem solving, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills.
- Strong organizational, decision-making, and time management skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel between Juarez, Queretaro, and Monterrey as needed.
