Descripción y detalle de las actividadesA quality manager, also known as a quality assurance manager, is responsible for ensuring that a company's products or services meet quality standards. Their duties include:- Developing procedures: Establishing quality standards, specifications, and procedures for the company- Inspecting and testing: Developing and implementing procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating the quality of products- Analyzing data: Collecting and analyzing data on inspections and other aspects, such as production line cleanliness- Improving processes: Collaborating with teams to improve processes and maintain high-quality output- Writing reports: Writing reports documenting production issues- Training and managing: Training and managing a team of quality control technicians- Liaising with others: Liaising with other managers and staff to provide training, tools, and techniques- Reviewing policies: Reviewing existing policies and making suggestions for changes and improvements- Assessing effectiveness: Assessing the effectiveness of changes madeExperiência y requisitos- English level_ Advanced- Visa Laser available.- Work Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years professional experience managing Quality and/or related field.- Education: BS or BA in Engineering or Quality related field is required.- Computer Skills: Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Office, and PowerPoint.Beneficios- Beneficios de acuerdo a la LFT- seguro de vida- fondo de ahorro- seguro de gastos médicos- servicios médicos en planta**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Calidad**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Presencial**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Horario**- Tiempo completo**Salario mensual neto** $80,000 - $100,000 MXN**Estudios** Carrera con título profesional**Inglés**Hablado: Avanzado, Escrito: Avanzado**Disponibilidad p. viajar** No
