Your tasks

  • Purchase orders submission (office suplies, events, etc.)
  • Prepare, coordinate and organize trips (hotel reservation, flights, car rental, etc.)
  • Expense reports submissions
  • Ensure a correct, clean pleasant and institutional image of the office area
  • Support onboarding of new employees
  • Organize visits from executives and/or clients
  • Coordinate Team buildings for AN area
  • Follow up to PO's material deliveries and payment for suppliers
  • ePR's submission to SmartRecruiters tool
