**BAT MEXICO IS LOOKING FOR A PLANNING AND REPORTING EXECUTIVE**

**FUNCTION**: Finance

**LOCATION**:Monterrey, Mexico

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Support End Markets delivering their Profit and Cash Flow targets.
- Provide reports of the performance of each End Market.
- Reporting Financial Statements.
- Cash Flow Management and Forecasting.
- Delivery of Financial Assessments to Finance Lead Team.
- Find Potential Risk and Opportunities to deliver expected results.
- Manage and control of expenses with different stakeholders.
- Drive financial strategy for current year and the next.

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Finance.
- Finance / Economics Major
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office, Excel and SAP.
- Fluent English: written and speaking. (Advanced)
- Capable to understand and analyze impacts of business decisions on financial results.
- Have strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Very good communication skills, organizational skills, ability to prioritize and able to work with tight deadlines.
- Proactive and willing to continuous development.
- Be an inspiring and engaging individual capable to influence around different areas.
- Be driven and ambitious.

**BENEFICIAL**
- Previous experience in any FMCG.
- Intercultural competencies from international experience or personal background.
- Strong experience with Power BI reporting
