This Position reports to:
Local Business Area Manager

**Your Role: Own the Challenge**

In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive business growth across assigned countries in Latin America. Each day, you will explore new business development opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing accounts. You will also support the local sales organization and customers throughout the sales process, leveraging your deep knowledge of products and markets.

The work model for the role is: Hybrid

Global relocation/LTA support will not be considered for this position.

This role is contributing to the Division IEC Low Voltage Motors and reports to Regional Sales Manager MOIM Latin America.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales plans for the assigned area in coordination with the Sales organization and local teams.
- Analyze customer needs and competitor offerings using market intelligence and insights from the Sales organization.
- Ensure effective marketing initiatives (e.g., product launches) and clear communication of the value proposition to both the Sales organization and customers.
- Support the Sales organization and customers in identifying the most technically suitable and cost-effective solutions and assist in preparing competitive and strategic offers.

**Qualifications**
- 10+ years of sales experience in the electric motors market. Managerial experience in sales and marketing is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify market and industry opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and manage effective relationships at all levels.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.
- Comfortable working in global, multicultural environments.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel frequently.
