Coordinador área de servicio técnico

Empresa Canadiense transnacional busca ingeniero para coordinador de equipo de soporte técnico.

**Requisitos**:

- Ingeniería (Industrial, Ingeniería Mecatrónica, róbotica)Experiência en mantenimiento de máquinas de inyección ( preferible)

Comprensión y conocimiento del sistema de inyección por moldeo.

- Conocimientos técnicos del funcionamiento de sistemas de inyección de PET.

**ÁREAS DE RESPONSABILIDAD O ACTIVIDADES CLAVES DEL PUESTO**:

- Servicio al cliente (llamadas telefónicas, correos electrónicos, visitas a la planta). - Coordinar todas las actividades del departamento de servicio técnico (organizar las actividades diarias, funciones de fin de semana).
- Apoyar a los clientes durante la inactividad o paros de máquinas (dar seguimiento a entrega de refacciones, dar retroalimentación sobre los diagnósticos realizados a las máquinas, dar asistencia y/o seguimiento hasta que la máquina esté funcionando de nuevo)
- Cotizar órdenes de servicio.
- Recuperación de la garantía.
- Seguimiento de la garantías reclamadas.
- Soporte al área de ventas en la preparación de de información para las reuniones con clientes.
- Soporte al área de ventas en la preparación de cotizaciones para proyectos especiales.
- **Sistema BAAN LN**: Elaborar informes de servicios para los clientes. Asignar las órdenes de servicio a través del sistema. Elaboración del calendario de actividades de servicios técnicos.

Tipo de puesto: Por tiempo indeterminado

Sueldo: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 al mes
