**University Relations and Employer Branding Specialist**:

Partner closely with business leaders and talent acquisition to align early talent recruiting efforts with business needs and collaborate on hiring strategy, supporting diversity in all steps of the recruitment process.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Research, build and manage partnerships with local universities, university leaders, faculty, staff and student organizations to ensure ABB is branded accurately and consistently.
- Partner closely with business leaders and talent acquisition to align early talent recruiting efforts with business needs and collaborate on hiring strategy, supporting diversity in all steps of the recruitment process.
- Design, plan, manage and report all aspects of projects and program, from marketing to onboarding.
- Serve as the central point of contact for managers and ABB early talent participants throughout Mexico.
- Develop and drive ABB Employer Branding communication strategy promoting ABB opportunities to prospective applicants.
- Collect and manage all recruiting and program metrics generate monthly reports to director.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Early Talent, recruiting/sourcing and/or program management, preferably in an international corporate environment.
- Exposure to social media and branding campaigns to promote early talent programs.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
- Excellent communication skills both interpersonally, written and verbal.
- Energetic and excited to work in a fast-paced work environment with a proven track record of high achievement.
- Knowledge of University recruiting best practices and experience in managing recruiting related events.
- Prior experience serving as a career coach for interns or early career employees a plus.
- Bi-lingual abilities - Spanish and English.
