**Acerca del rol**

We seek a highly skilled **Sr. Pricing Manager** to lead pricing strategies in our transportation brokerage division. This role requires deep analytical skills, a strong understanding of market trends, and the ability to work cross-functionally with operations, sales, and procurement teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop Pricing Strategies**: Create and implement pricing strategies based on market analysis, customer needs, and business objectives.
- **Rate Management**: Oversee cross-border (FTL) and intra-Mexico (FTL/IM) transportation services pricing.
- **Market Research & Analysis**: Conduct regular market research to monitor industry trends, competitor pricing, and economic conditions affecting transportation costs.
- **Customer Proposals & Bids**: Manage pricing for customer proposals, bids, and RFQs (Request for Quotes), ensuring accurate and competitive rates are provided.
- **Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams**: Work closely with sales, operations, and procurement to align pricing strategies with business goals and customer needs.
- **Monitor and Adjust Pricing**: Continuously monitor pricing performance and market conditions, making adjustments to optimize revenue and profitability.
- **Reporting**: Generate regular pricing and revenue reports, providing insights to senior management on performance, opportunities, and risks.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in International Business, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
- **Experience**:

- 5+ years of experience in pricing, preferably in the logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing pricing strategies.
- Experience in data analysis.
- **Skills**:

- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of cross-border and intra-Mexico pricing structures, transportation regulations, and markets.
