Importante empresa de producción y manufactura de sistemas de control, teclados numéricos y accesorios para tinas de hidromasajes ubicada en el parque industrial Valle Bonito se encuentra en búsqueda de un Sales Engineer Actividades: - Gestionar las reclamaciones de los clientes. - Seguimiento y comunicación de los avances en la mejora de la calidad. - Desarrollar herramientas para realizar un seguimiento eficaz del rendimiento. - Comunicarse con los clientes para ponerles al día sobre las reclamaciones. - Realizar presentaciones sobre KPIs de Calidad a la Alta Dirección. - Formar a los empleados en las herramientas de calidad de WCM. - Preparar informes relacionados con los clientes, incluido el análisis y la aplicación de las medidas necesarias. - Visitar proactivamente las instalaciones del cliente cuando sea necesario o se solicite.

Experiência y requisitos

Requisitos: - Ingeniería industrial o electromecánica. - 5 años de experiência en la posición - Ingles avanzado. - Visa vigente. Ofrecemos: - Horario de Lunes a Viernes de 7 am a 5 pm. - Salario competitivo. - Vales de despensa semanal. - Seguro de Gastos Médicos Mayores. - Fondo de ahorro.
