Overview:
Costing team is based in Guadalajara and supports Latin America cost accounting and global lease accounting processes. Collaborate with a global cost accounting that is highly motivated to continuously streamline processes to be “World Class”.

Job Qualifications:
Position Skills:

- General/Cost accounting skills and experience, in conjunction with good analytical skills.
- Intermediate written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Team player and the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff and management.
- Detail oriented, self-motivated, and proven ability to effectively communicate issues and suggest solutions.
- Excellent working knowledge of excel, including building of complex models.

Experience
- Minimum of 5 years professional experience in Accounting or Financial Analysis with public companies.
- Experience in US GAAP.
- Professional experience within a manufacturing or distribution environment is preferred.

Education
- Bachelor of Science in a financial-related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Public Accountant degree or equivalent degree
