Overview:**Supervisor, Accounting & Reporting - Supervisor**Recruiter: Manuel GarciaThis position reports to: Gerardo Flores, Manager I, Finance OperationsSupervise and support and maintaining control of the accounting records and financial transactions of the company, in compliance with the established policies and procedures.Monitor the information accounting and reporting pair to monitor reconciliations of accounts. Support in the preparation of the Financial Statements and deliverables requested by Corporate. Attention to financial audits and SOX compliance.Job Qualifications:1. Reviewing financial information of the entities of the Company, to support monthly reports according to the corporate calendar.2. Support in monitoring and review of reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of balances each month.3. Ensure to completed with accounting records on time, which allows their review and validation, this according to USGAAP, MXGAAP and for TAX purposes.4. Assist external auditors during the audit process, providing information and analysis of accounting information for reporting and statutory purposes.5. Preparation of annual financial statements for legal and statutory purposes under MXGAAP, plus the financial statements for the Ministry of Economy.6. Prepare and develop treasury activities, so that management can make decisions, this includes, but is not limited to, flow projections, cash flow statements, bank investments, preparation of treasury deliverables for corporate, etc.7. Monitoring and support to the accounting team of GBS, and co-workers under his charge, this to comply the expected delivery dates to corp.8. Understand and implement policies and procedures of the company to keep the control of operations reflected in the accountings.
