**Technical Support Specialist (Remoto LATAM)**

**Modalidad**: 100% remoto

**Descripción del puesto**

Se busca un **Technical Support Specialist** con perfil _junior_, curioso y resolutivo, interesado en aprender sobre **soporte técnico, datos y operaciones industriales**.
El objetivo del puesto es acompañar a los usuarios en piso, resolver dudas técnicas y dar seguimiento ágil a tickets y configuraciones en una plataforma SaaS enfocada en el análisis de datos de manufactura.

**Responsabilidades principales**

- Atender tickets y mensajes de soporte técnico vía **Intercom** y **WhatsApp**.
- Guiar a los usuarios en el uso de la plataforma.
- Documentar y escalar bugs, errores o incidencias al equipo técnico.
- Validar datos, alertas o comportamientos anómalos del sistema.
- Apoyar en configuraciones básicas de cuentas y usuarios.
- Realizar **consultas SQL simples** (SELECT, filtros básicos) para validar datos de producción.
- Contribuir a la creación y mejora de guías internas y respuestas automáticas de soporte.

**Requisitos mínimos**

- 6 a 12 meses de experiência en **soporte técnico o atención a clientes** (SaaS, Helpdesk, IT o similar).
- Conocimientos básicos de **SQL** o bases de datos.
- Excelente redacción, ortografía y habilidades de comunicación.
- Capacidad para interactuar con usuarios **técnicos y no técnicos**.
- Actitud proactiva, empática y orientada a la resolución de problemas.

**Deseables**

- Experiência con herramientas como **Intercom, Zendesk, Jira o Superset**.
- Experiência previa en **startups o entornos SaaS**.
- Conocimientos básicos de **procesos de manufactura**.
- Inglés técnico para leer documentación o tickets internos.
