Technical Support Specialist

We're dedicated to revolutionizing the way the world approaches online education, and we need your skills, passion and enthusiasm to do it.

We're looking for our new Technical Support Specialist - someone who'll be obsessed with the challenges of:

- Helping users identify and solve technical problems related to creating and publishing on the XP platform
- Providing feedback to the Success and Product Development teams to help create the most intuitive and easy to use platform possible.

You'll do this by constantly contributing, connecting and animating our members - from the newest to those with years of success

In partnership with the Head Of Success, your initial responsibilities will include:

- Manage and maintain our comprehensive knowledge base with up-to-date solutions, troubleshooting steps, and technical documentation for users.
- Work with others in the Success Team to create clear, step-by-step guides and tutorial videos to help users resolve common technical issues independently.
- Partner with the Onboarding and Community teams to integrate technical training into the overall education strategy for new users.
- Serve as a liaison between users and the product development team by reporting bugs, user feedback, and requests for new features.
- Participate in product development meetings to advocate for user needs and contribute insights gained from support interactions.
- Regularly review and update technical support processes and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

This position is an independent contractor position with a monthly salary of 30,000 to 40,000 MXN. The position is based in CDMX, but will be hybrid (approximately 40% in person & 60% remote)
