HR Officer

We are a Global Fintech Enterprise currently looking to launch business operations in Mexico.

Our team is currently seeking for a motivated and goal-oriented HR Officer to join our team and be supporting our daily operations across Mexico. The role can be worked largely remotely although some business travels may be required.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Devising talent acquisition mechanisms for attacting new hires to the business.
- Conducting interviews with prospects.
- Managing onboarding, training and dismissal activities.
- Designing and implementing performance matrix and appraisal systems
- Employment relationship management.
- Working closely with stakeholders ensuring the smooth operation of the Mexican Team.

**Essential Requirements**
- **Fluent in Spanish and English.**
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in an HR role, preferrable if you have scaled up start-ups to medium sized companies previously.
- Possess good knowledge of the employment policies and legislations of Mexico.
- Is an expert at handling recruitment, performance management and employee relations matters.

**Salary**: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per month
