HR Officer

We are a Global Fintech Enterprise currently looking to launch business operations in Mexico.Our team is currently seeking for a motivated and goal-oriented HR Officer to join our team and be supporting our daily operations across Mexico. The role can be worked largely remotely although some business travels may be required.**Key Responsibilities**- Devising talent acquisition mechanisms for attacting new hires to the business.- Conducting interviews with prospects.- Managing onboarding, training and dismissal activities.- Designing and implementing performance matrix and appraisal systems- Employment relationship management.- Working closely with stakeholders ensuring the smooth operation of the Mexican Team.**Essential Requirements**- **Fluent in Spanish and English.**- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in an HR role, preferrable if you have scaled up start-ups to medium sized companies previously.- Possess good knowledge of the employment policies and legislations of Mexico.- Is an expert at handling recruitment, performance management and employee relations matters.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per month**Experience**:- Human Resources: 2 years (required)**Language**:- fluent English (required)Work Location: Remote
