**Asset Manager - Multifamily**

**¿Qué harás como Asset Manager?**
- Controlar los pagos de renta de las propiedades.
- Comunicarse diariamente con el equipo en sitio, la administración y el área de mantenimiento.
- Apoyar en la resolución de problemas diarios relacionados con inquilinos y mantenimiento.
- Llevar el control administrativo de los ingresos y gastos operativos de las propiedades.
- Gestionar proveedores para compras y renovaciones.
- Preparar reportes mensuales de ingresos y gastos de las propiedades.
- Apoyar en la adquisición y análisis de nuevas propiedades para el portafolio.

**¿Qué buscamos en ti?**
- Licenciatura en Finanzas, Gestión de Inversiones, Administración de Empresas (MBA) o una especialización en áreas relacionadas con análisis financiero y gestión de activos.
- Nível avanzado de Excel (esencial).
- Nível avanzado de idioma inglés (Bilingüe)
- Dominio avanzado del idioma español.
- Al menos 2 años de experiência en gestión de proyectos, idealmente en la industria inmobiliaria.
- Atención al detalle, motivación propia, capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente, mentalidad emprendedora y rápida capacidad de respuesta.
- Conocimiento avanzado en herramientas de Office Suite, contabilidad y gestión financiera, habilidades de comunicación efectiva y liderazgo.
- Un profesional integral, dispuesto a desarrollarse en un entorno dinámico y colaborativo.
- **Con interés de cambio de residencia a los Estados Unidos.**
