We are hiring a

**What You Will Be Doing**
- Manages day-to-day content operations ensuring the successful implementation of content plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and design, to gather insights and execute content plans effectively.
- Develop guidelines, processes, and best practices for a unified content strategy.
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolution of any web issues that arise.
- Assist with testing for site improvements and manage the day-to-day operations.
- Spot problems/bugs our engineers may have missed before they reach our customers.
- Identify procedures and scenarios for the quality control of products and services.
- Spot areas for improvement to enhance the product's efficiency.

**Who You Are**:
**Required Skills and Competencies**
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field.
- Advanced English is mandatory.
- 2+ years working experience at any level with website production such as content management, administration, or development. This can include CMSs such as WordPress, Shopify, Joomla or Drupaland platforms such as Shopify, Salesforce or Magento.

**Preferred Skills and Competencies**
- Knowledge of, Figma, Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, and/or other image editing software
- Experience with UX/UI
- Understanding SEO best practices
- Coding skills in modern browser environments with corresponding HTML/DOM knowledge
- Proficient in configuration, deployment, and authoring of HTML, CSS, and JS within CMS systems
- Ability to read and comprehend code in one or more common web languages such as Java, or other frameworks.
- Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud a plus
- A deep understanding of e-commerce platforms and how they work.
- Passion for process and systems. You love structure, order, and workflows. You naturally build out process flows in everything you do.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Demonstrated adaptability, flexibility, and creative problem-solving skills, with strength in working through collaboration, as well as independently.
