**What you will be doing**:
**The Finance Administration Specialist provides support for an international team in various web-based processes, tasks, and projects. Such projects may include one, some or all of the following:

- Update / maintain e-catalogue, websites & SharePoint sites
- Manages projects and information to consistently meet deadlines
- Interact with SAP or similar ERPs to make information move across the value chain.
- Generate, Analyze, Update data & prepare reports for a wide variety of business related functions across the organization
- Process Invoicing & Billing, Admin and financial related activities such as but no limited to Accounts Payable, Travel and Expenses, Audits, etc.
- Maintain and improve processes, communication and value flow.
- Process purchase orders through different web-based interfaces; as well as any other responsibilities as assigned by the Team Leader from time to time.
**Who you are**:

- Ability to coordinate, track and follow up on multiple requests concurrently to meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational, time, and project management skills
- High attention to detail
- Critical thinking and analytical skills
- Ability and desire to manage, synthesize and analyze quantitative data
- Strong interest in or passion for continuous Improvement
- Exceptional Excel and Power point skills
Strong ability to manage several partners or stakeholders appropriately

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance Administration, Business Administration, or related
- English as a second language is a must
- Experience in collecting, synthesizing, analyzing, and deriving insights from data
- Experience in financial processes as Account Payable, Collections or similar
- Microsoft Office environment proficient
