**What You Will Do**:

- This position supervises a team of support and/or production level or hourly/direct employees in Manufacturing Operations.
- The OPS TL will lead the RTPR meetings, monitors, and coordinates manufacturing team activities, giving importance to individuals members and overall team achievement to accomplish the policy deployment objectives.
- Monitors cell performance: productivity, production schedule, cost, quality, safety compliance and customer satisfaction goals within our manufacturing facility.
- Actively involved in real-time problem resolution, evaluates progress, and results and determines improvements that may be needed in operating procedures or objectives.
- Leader will be full supportive about company values, employee philosophies and Lean manufacturing.
- Performs role with minimum supervision and exceptional results.

***Qualifications You Must Have**:

- A University Degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Aerospace)
- 5 years as Team Leader or similar position
- Hands-on experience leading or participating in Lean initiatives

**Qualifications We Preferred**:

- Experience Leading Projects
- Personnel management
- Ability to develop recovery plans, Result oriented and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to provide direction of technical and complex issues to support personnel.
- Proficient conversational and written English required.
- Available to work in 1st or 2nd shift.
- Experience in work transfer projects or NPI processes.

**Onsite**: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
