Customer Experience Supervisor

This is a full-time, on-site job position located in Guadalajara.

We are seeking a Customer Experience Supervisor to oversee the department's needs and requirements for our client, Tricolor Auto Acceptance. In this role, you will maintain a well-performing service level and KPI targets, reporting consistent issues and looking for problem-solving methodologies. You will be responsible for accomplishing department objectives by supervising staff, organizing and monitoring work processes. This includes recruiting, selecting, and developing personal growth opportunities for agents, as well as coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees. You will also maintain a positive work environment and keep agents motivated.

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or GED
- 4+ years of experience in customer service
- Bilingual
- Basic Excel skills
- Report management skills

**Work Schedule**:

- Monday to Saturday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Sundays + a weekday off).
- The training schedule is Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- The daily break and lunch time is 1 hour.
