Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Labor Relations, or a related field.
Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).
Experience in labor relations, employee engagement, or HR.
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of Mexican labor laws and regulations
2-5 years relevant experience
