Overview:
Leasing Intern will be responsible to support both terminations and annual tax payment activities, specially by reviewing the operational documentation to develop reports and processes’ optimization.

Leasing Operations department is responsible for managing our Leasing Portfolio and supporting our customers through their contract life cycle, making sure they have a great experience and come back to get a new Lease contract with GMF.

**Responsibilities**:

- Validation of operational documentation and policies as a governance strategy.
- Review Business Process Management System (BPMS) documents to ensure they´re updated (Proactive recommendations towards the improvement of the process and documents is well appreciated).
- Governance file to ensure recurrent reports are shared timely.
- Support Quality Assurance process definition and reviews.

Qualifications:

- On-going Bachelor degree in business, marketing, actuarial, administration, finance, economics or related
- Intermediate English level
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Highly responsible and detail Oriented
- Customer oriented approach
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Teamwork and collaboration ability.
- General knowledge of Microsoft Office & Visio.
