Interstaff LLC is a global staffing company searching for a **qualified Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Remote.**
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct research to identify potential clients and build a robust pipeline of leads within the USA homeowner market.
- Qualify leads by assessing their needs and determining their readiness to engage with our agency.
- Schedule and conduct initial consultations with prospects to discuss their real estate goals and how our agency can assist them.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for converting leads into clients and closing deals.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospects in our CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups and tracking progress.
- Stay informed about the local real estate market trends and updates to provide prospects with valuable insights.
- Participate in regular training sessions and meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in sales development, lead generation, or a related field, within the real estate industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with a focus on maintaining a clear and professional tone.
- Ability to work on Central Standard Time (CST) hours, ensuring alignment with team schedules and client needs.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow up effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong desire to succeed in a commission-based environment.
