**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Gather, manage, and file a high volume of medical records.
- Communicate extensively with doctors, medical providers, and other entities to obtain necessary documentation.
- Utilize CasePeer (personal injury case management software) to track records and demands.
- Ensure all records and case documents comply with HIPAA regulations and are securely stored.
- Work within OneDrive for templates and document management.
- Utilize CRM and case management systems to keep information updated.
- Use VOIP phone systems and Nextiva for intra-team communication.
- Support the Lead Case Manager by ensuring case demands are completed efficiently.
- Measure success through the number of demands processed per month (KPI).
**Requirements**:
- Fully bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Strong understanding of medical record sources and processes; medical background preferred.
- Experience with case management and filing systems.
- Highly detail-oriented and organized.
- Strong follow-up skills and persistence in obtaining records.
- Previous experience in personal injury (PI) casework is a plus.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and secure document handling.
- Experience using CasePeer or similar case management software preferred.
- Ability to work remotely while maintaining high levels of productivity and communication.
