- The PositionCarbonCure is experiencing aggressive growth as our technology and value propositions are becoming globally recognized. Reporting to the Director, International Marketing, you will be responsible for the development and execution of CarbonCure’s demand generation programs, using an account-based marketing (ABM) strategy, designed to drive high quality leads from ready-mix producers and distributors in the Latin American (LATAM) market, so that we exceed pipeline and revenue goals. Working in lockstep with the rest of the marketing, sales, and customer success/sustainability teams, your primary responsibility is to drive marketing-sourced and influenced revenue through cohesive, integrated campaigns, customized regional content and messaging, and lead nurture programs. Additional marketing support for existing international distributors may also be required.

The opportunity plays a pivotal role in growing CarbonCure’s reach and revenue internationally.

What you'll be doing
- Create demand generation programs designed to drive awareness, engagement and conversion of ideal customer profile in the LATAM concrete producer market; supporting both direct and indirect channels.
- Provide distributor marketing support where needed, including, sales tools, marketing collateral, and lead generation support.
- Identify and manage key regional events that we should participate in.; organize logistics, optimize attendance for leads etc.
- Look for new areas of opportunity to reach the local market by working with associations and building trust within the community.
- Ensure differentiated messaging and value propositions for regional campaigns that target the ICP.
- Explore content requirements for lead generation and nurturing and identify regional topics that would be relevant for campaigns (cement price, policy & regulations etc )
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to build programs that support sales enablement.
- Forecast, measure, analyze, and report on the impact of marketing performance. Measure effectiveness, performance and ROI of marketing spend and adjust based on results.
- Leverage marketing automation and lead management to streamline, automate and measure all marketing tasks and workflows.

What you'll need to succeed
- **Fluent in English and Spanish is required.**:

- Ability to coordinate with other team members of assorted responsibilities situated across multiple time zones to achieve goals.
- High degree of self-motivation, initiative in sharing information, contributing toward group goals, and being accountable for results. Entrepreneurial drive to build a program that will have a major impact on company bottom line.
- Proven track record for delivering sales results related to the marketing objectives as outlined in the position description.
- Strong organizational skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize issues/escalations, manage many projects simultaneously and on top of that have an analytical mind that makes data-driven decisions.
- Develop a deep understanding of our product, our target audience and buyer’s journey.
- Experience in green technology or a field related to concrete construction and/or International marketing experience is highly desirable
