Data Analyst - internship

This role has been designed as ‘’Onsite’ with an expectation that you will primarily work from an HPE partner/customer office.

Students pursuing their university degree. Assists in various tasks aligned with their field of study, including research, collaboration on team initiatives and projects, problem-solving, and creative thinking to gain hands-on experience and develop professional skills. Includes internships, research roles, visiting scholar positions, or other program-related opportunities.

**_ Management Level Definition:_**

**_ Responsibilities:_**
- Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports using data from multiple sources.
- Develop and manage complex Excel models, utilizing advanced formulas and data analysis techniques.
- Document processes, workflows, and test scripts with clarity and creativity using PowerPoint and other tools.
- Ensure high-quality documentation and reporting in fluent English, maintaining consistency and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, validate data accuracy, and support reporting needs.

**_ Education & Experience:_**
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in related fields
- No prior experience required; previous internships or campus involvement is a plus.

**_ Knowledge & Skills:_**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Time management skills and working within defined timelines.
- A collaborative, solution-focused mindset and overall sense of urgency.
- Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- English - Advanced
- Basic knowledge in Power BI

**_ Impact/Scope:_**
- University students actively enrolled in a university/college/institution pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a non-technical area of study, and who typically works during school breaks and then returns to their university. While this applies to most interns, there may be opportunities for full-time students to work as part-time interns during the school year in some countries.
