Main Responsibilities:
Planning & Prioritization
- Primary owner of the Program Backlog.
- Maintain it by adding, deleting, estimating, refining, and prioritizing program backlog items,
- Define acceptance criteria for backlog items on Feature level (Enablers, Features) in collaboration with respective Stakeholders or Customers
- Understand customer needs and validate deliveries
- Manage the delivery schedule
- Define releases and program increments

Program Leadership & Collaboration.
- Develop and Communicate the program vision and roadmap
- Working with System Architects and POs to decompose higher level requirements and specifications
- Drive the product value generation with up to 3 Agile teams

Program Specific Responsibilities.
- Participate in Program Increment Planning Event
- Participate in Pre
- and Post-Program Increment Planning
- Build an effective Product Management/Product Owner team
- Presents the system developed by the ART to the customer
- Contact person for customers and stakeholders regarding features priorities and deliveries
- Communicates current status of the Agile Release Train - internally and externally

Additionally.
- Budget responsibilities. Planning and monitoring of project budget utilization. Implement actions to avoid overshoots.
- Quotations. Collect effort estimations from the ART, and ensure the budget
- Supplier management: Works with the suppliers to get support
- Coordination of releases between software teams
