Empresa del sector **logística y transporte** se encuentra en búsqueda de un **HR Business Partner / Gerente de Recursos Humanos**, responsable de alinear la estrategia de capital humano con los objetivos del negocio, asegurando una gestión integral de RRHH en operaciones logísticas de alta exigencia operativa.

La posición requiere interacción constante con dirección, líderes operativos, mandos medios y clientes internacionales, fungiendo como socio estratégico del negocio y garantizando el cumplimiento normativo, la estabilidad operativa y el desarrollo del talento.

Perfil requerido:

- Licenciatura en **Administración, Psicología, Recursos Humanos, Derecho o afín** (indispensable).
- **Inglés nível C1 o superior (indispensable)** - se validará en entrevista / Reporta directamente en Ingles.
- **Excelente imagen profesional y habilidades de comunicación ejecutiva** (indispensable).
- Mínimo **5 años de experiência** en posiciones de HRBP o Gerencia de RRHH.
- Experiência previa en **empresas de logística, transporte, supply chain o entornos operativos intensivos** (altamente deseable).

Responsabilidades principales:

- Actuar como **HRBP** para las áreas operativas y administrativas de la empresa.
- Liderar procesos de **reclutamiento estratégico**, retención y desarrollo de talento clave.
- Gestionar relaciones laborales, clima organizacional y resolución de conflictos.
- Asegurar el **cumplimiento legal y laboral** aplicable al sector logístico.
- Diseñar e implementar políticas, procesos y métricas de RRHH alineadas al negocio.
- Coordinar evaluaciones de desempeño, planes de sucesión y capacitación.
- Reportar indicadores de RRHH a dirección general y stakeholders internacionales.
