Inter-Con employs over 25,000 security personnel world-wide, trained and managed by a team of professionals with unsurpassed military, law enforcement, and security experience.Inter-Con is Everywhere Security Matters.**Primary Responsibilities**- Manage the HRMS and ensure the accuracy of all data.- Ensure data security, and grant access only to authorized personnel.- Maintain employee data in the HRMS (Paycom).- Generate and share reports with other management teams.- Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and make necessary changes.- Train and support other users of the HRIS system.- Ensure the HRMS complies with laws, regulations, and company policies.- Ensure the HRMS performs well and resolve system errors.- Assist with data audits and ensure data quality is correct and complete.**Qualifications**- Strong technical skills, including experience with HRIS software and databases.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and maintain its confidentiality.- Strong verbal and written communication skills.- Ability to manage multiple tasks and be detail-oriented.- Understanding of HR processes, performance management, and benefits administration.- Customer-oriented mindset.- Strong collaboration skills to work with people within and outside the company.- Inter-Con Security Systems, Inc. is an affirmative action employer who provides equal employment opportunities to minorities, females, veterans, and disabled individuals, as well as other protected groups.
