- Manage all production control activities. - Manage the team of production planners, - Deliver the required products to different customers on time. - Encourages work with the materials planning and engineering teams to ensure the successful launch of the products (it is a fundamental part of the CFU SBU). - Coordinate the activities of the staff. - Monitoring plans and established programs. - Check priorities and make changes if necessary. - Reviews, develops, analyzes reports, forecasts and metric information to take appropriate measures. - Attend and resolve special situations related to production planning and programming, and incorporate engineering changes, - Prevent the shortage of materials, obsolete inventory, etc. - Work on continuous improvement in the areas with your team. - Attend meetings with internal and external clients. - Active participation in the department's strategic plan.
Experiência y requisitos
- Professional degree. -At least 3 years of experience working in production Control -MRP/ERP systems management, Microsoft Office Excel, Power Point, Word. -Experience in Min Max environments multiple models, production and create scenarios to work in shop floor bases on hours, capacity, material, etc. -English spoken and written (90% Advanced). -CAS, Solumina, SAP expertise is required. -Proven communication, teamwork and negotiation skills -Project management (Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing) a plus. -APICS (Management and inventory control, Supply chain, etc.) -SAP is a plus
