We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our global customer service team.
This role is for a full-time contractor position, 100% remote.
The role of a Customer Service Executive is to develop customer relationships that promote customer experience and success, ultimately improving customer lifetime value and retention.
To be successful in this role, you'll require:
- A minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience.
- Your own laptop or computer (dual screen is an advantage)
- Good interpersonal skills in English (both verbal and written)
- To be able to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences effectively.
- The ability to stay focused.
- To be able to use your own initiative to problem-solve.
- Effective time-management skills.
- A high level of written and spoken English.
As this is a home-based position, you therefore must have your own computer, stable and fast internet and a suitable working environment.
You must be able to work 8 hours a day, 5 days per week.
The salary is in line with the applicable salary brackets for a Customer Service Executive in Mexico.
