The On Site Medical Representative (OMR) will serve as the site’s medical representative in the FC. The OMR will provide functions such as: provide First aid treatment to injured employees, proactively analyze tasks for potential safety issues, participate in the workers’ compensation process, and implement a site wellness program.

Key job responsibilities
Reporting to the WHS Manager (Site WHS Manager/WHS Manager/Multi-Site WHS Manager). You will support an assigned site as medical representative. You will manage
AmCare room and attend to occupational injury/illness or medical emergency cases on site. You will support the site associates with Return to Work (RTW) plan following occupational
injury/illness, in addition to supporting vulnerable people accommodation at work. You will manage amcare supplies stock, procurement and emergency equipment inspection. You will maintain associate confidentiality and keep controlled access to amcare room.
A day in the life
