**¿Que vas a hacer?**
- Supervisar los níveles de desempeño y eficiencia de los Account Managers, incluyendo el monitoreo de objetivos y cuotas para los equipos de ventas y diseñar estrategias para alcanzarlas.
- Liderar, motivar, capacitar y supervisar al equipo de ventas.
- Responsable de su propio portafolio asignado de clientes (Hunter y Farmer).
- Redactar informes de ventas, crear presentaciones, realizar seguimiento a clientes y proyectos, así como mantener actualizada la información del cliente.
- Identificar y desarrollar nuevas oportunidades de negocio.
- Ser el responsable de ventas nuevas y aumentar los ingresos en cuentas nuevas y clientes existentes.
- Representar, guiar y apoyar a los consultores de cuentas para representar y vender consultivamente nuestro conjunto de soluciones a los clientes asignados al calificar y proponer soluciones que satisfagan sus necesidades.
- Servir como socios y asesores de confianza para maximizar el uso creciente y la eficacia del conjunto de soluciones de cada cliente.
- Ejecutar las estrategias de ventas impulsando el éxito del equipo y ser el responsable de sus resultados.
- Supervisar la industria, las condiciones del mercado y las necesidades del cliente para garantizar la relevancia de nuestras soluciones.
**¿Que experiência necesitas?**
- +10 años de experiência liderando equipos de trabajo.
- +10 años de experiência en venta consultiva B2B.
- +10 años de experiência en empresas del rubro de IT, Sistema Financiero, Finanzas o afines.
- Estudios de Administración, Economía, Ing. Industrial o afines.
- Experiência en áreas como: Crédito, Riesgos, Gestión de Portafolio.
- Dominio de inglés nível intermedio o avanzado.
- Conocimiento del sistema financiero mexicano.
- Dominio de software informático, sistemas CRM o bases de datos de ventas.
- Claro conocimiento de la gestión de relaciones con los clientes.
