Zurich Capability Center is currently hiring a:
**Senior SharePoint Developer**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Architect, design, and deploy advanced SharePoint solutions (Online and On-Premises).
- Develop and customize workflows, automations, and integrations.
- Ensure solutions align with business requirements, governance, and security best practices.
- Lead technical discussions and decision-making on architecture and solution design.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering technical growth within the team.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

**Qualifications**
- 5+ years of hands-on SharePoint development/administration (Online/On-Premises).
- Proficiency in **SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Platform,.NET, JavaScript**.
- Strong background in solution architecture, security, governance, and compliance.
- Experience in requirements gathering and translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
