Team Overview:
We are looking for someone passionate on develop his or her professional career on the HR team. As an HR Ops intern will be part of the LATAM HR Operations team having the opportunity to learn and develop soft and hard competencies, improve your knowledge on the HR function by supporting the onboarding process, benefit operation, communication, and employee inquiry resolution. On this role, you will be able to work with our LATAM team and also be in touch with HQ team in China, you will also work directly our employees, having a great impact in the employee experience. You will also be able to deep dive in employee inquires in order to identify improvement areas and communication necessities. We are looking for someone HR enthusiastic, detail oriented and with good communication skills to join our awesome team.

Role Responsibilities:

- Answer employee inquires through the tracking system.
- Develop monthly data analysis on employee inquires and dashboard update in Power BI or Tableau.
- Support with the project of the implementation of the new HR System.
- You will provide support to the HR Leader.
- Active participate in change management processes, trainings, support leaders etc.

Role Qualifications:

- Active student of Bachelor’s Degree in business, engineering or other applicable related field (With 1 year to finish studies).
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player, adaptability.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive and self driven.
- Detail oriented.
- Passionate.
- English language (intermediate-advanced level) capable of handling meetings in english.
- MS Office, Google Drive, Outlook.
